Real Estate in Northern Cyprus: Prices for the 2nd Quarter of 2023

Real estate in Northern Cyprus remains a sought-after investment, attracting both local residents and foreign buyers. Analysts from the 101evler real estate portal have presented data on prices for apartments, villas, and rentals in different regions of the country, based on the results of the second quarter of 2023.

According to the presented data, the average prices for apartments in Northern Cyprus range from £1700 to £2200 per square meter. At the same time, villa prices start at £2000. However, it is worth noting that there is a wide range of prices. On the secondary market, one can find properties in need of renovation at much lower prices.

As for villas, the average price in Nicosia is £877, in Kyrenia – £1580, and in Famagusta – £1101.
