French notaries have published a report on the French real estate market for 2022, presenting two graphs.
The first graph shows the average price per square meter in apartments, including the dynamics of price changes for 2022. The graph shows that apartments have risen in price in almost all cities of France, with the exception of Paris. In Paris, on an annualized basis, the average price of 1 square meter decreased by 1% to €10,590.
