Average prices for new buildings in Montenegro in the 4th quarter of 2022
The statistical office Monstat has published data on the average cost of new buildings in Montenegro in the 4th quarter of 2022. The average price of 1 square meter in the 4th quarter of 2022 was €1,399. The annual price increase was 17% (from the 4th quarter of 2021 to the 4th quarter of 2022). True, the cost per square meter on the coast has not changed much over the year (an increase of only +1.23%). The largest price increase was recorded in Podgorica (the capital of Montenegro): +20.08% year on year.
